New Opening for a Postdoctoral Position

The Blankschtein Research Group at MIT is searching for postdoctoral applicants with a strong background in theory and simulations to work on research problems related to the transport of pure fluids and electrolytes under confinement. The ideal candidate should have a PhD in chemical engineering/mechanical engineering/materials science/physics/chemistry or related disciplines from a top-tier university with a proven track record of publications using quantum chemical and/or classical molecular dynamics simulations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with several leading research groups as part of the Center for Enhanced Nanofluidic Transport (, an Energy Frontier Research Center, funded by the Department of Energy.
